Position the cuff 1 to 2 centimeters above your elbow. 4. Secure the fabric fastener firmly once the cuff is in place. 5. Ensure the air tube runs down the inside of your forearm and aligns with your middle finger. 6. The bottom of the cuff should be approximately 1 to 2 centimeters above your elbow. 7. Center the colored marker on the middle of your inner arm and point it down the inside of your arm.
