Good day! I received an Omron HeartGuide device as a gift. The first time - although not immediately - I managed to pair it with my phone (Huawei P20). However, since the watch ran out of battery and the devices were not in the proper distance from each other, I have been unable to establish the connection despite several attempts. I thought about updating my phone, but it didn't work. I let the HeartGuide battery drain and recharged it, but that also didn't bring any results. Even the icon for initiating the connection is not the same as described in the user manual. I try to take a photo, but it might be too quick to capture. I managed to take a photo. (I wanted to take more pictures, but it doesn't allow me.) This is the "end result" that stays on the screen for several minutes, then it gets bored and turns off the "watch." Please help me use it properly! Best regards:
