The device does not end at the low numbers 20 or 30, it waits to reach 1 and instead of giving me my pressure it begins a countdown from 60 to 1

I have the OMRON BP786N model and I am unable to pair the unit with the iPhone Omron APP. I follow the iPhone OMRON app and press on the unit in the display but the BP786N does not react and there is no bluetooth button on the unit so it appears the BP786N does not service bluetooth. Please confirm if this is correct or if there is a way to share data from BP786N to iPhone OMRON App. Thanks
