BP652 wrist cuff after pushing start shows orange lighe and stops pumping after 2-3 seconds. No error message shown. Can this be fixed?

i have replaced the batteries twice, and i keep receiving the battery symbol with the x over it. new batteries, twice. it turns on, it will start to pump up, sometimes 3-5 seconds and the shuts off. battery is the only symbol im getting. could someone possibly help me trouble shoot this better? TIA

my omron indicates BP652 yet it does not look like the picture shown of BP652-no set or memory buttons (trying to get lights to work) are there more series than series 7?

@Ramiro Gomez see et a for yourself and b for your partner, for example. This way you can keep separate histories. Just do not forget check if you have your a before measuring
