Plugging in the Base Station

• Plug the power adapter into the circular DC 18V plug on the backside of the Base
Station.
• Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet using desired International AC adapter
piece.
• Your Base Station is now receiving power and is ready for charging.

Using USB Ports for Charging

• On the backside of the Station, there are two additional ports for charging: you
will nd one USB-A port and one USB-C port.
• Plug in your USB-A or USB-C cable on the backside of the Station.
• Place your Station on any at and level surface with the cables coming out of the
back away from you.
• You are now ready to charge your devices.

USB Ports and Charging Speed

• As you may have read above, the backside of your Station houses 2 different USB
ports.
• The USB-A port has a max output of 10W. The USB-C port has a max output of 18W.

It beeps when I put phone on it. No amber lights now either. And doesn’t seem to charge any more.

nomad base station ac adapter model a481-12040001 has stopped charging my Samsung S22 ultra mobile phone suddenly. This wireless charger was gifted by my son in San Jose, California in Sept 2022.It worked in India also for for about 3 months, till July 2023 end. Can I get service in Hyderabad, India to make it work? Regards

I have bought a Base Station with the mounting hole for the Apple Watch charger at Gravis in Germany. In the manual is written, that the LEDs shall be orange during the charging process. On my device the LEDs are always white. Beside that it is working fine. Is there something wrong with the LEDs?

I have a samsung 10+ and my wife has a Samsung 10 and when we put them on the pad, it first says that it is charging, but almost immediately says wireless charging paused. Also, it shows a white light, not an amber light. Please explain what we are doing wrong.
