@Momodu Mary go to phone app you use for calling on top there is search contacts and places a microphone and some 3 dots.touch the dots, settings, calling accounts,you will see your service provider touch one of them eg safaricom, additional settings ,caller ID from there u can proceed, remember you made the right choice to ask.Thank you.
