Individual pages will print using the printer symbol in the top right hand corner. Do it 44 times and you have the full manual. Tedious. Tried doing CTRL/A select, copy, paste to word then print the full manual. Failed. There needs to be an easy way of printing the full manual or downloading the pdf file. The really good news is that a manual is available - a big thank you to the authors.
