What câble do i use on thé PCIe_pwr1 ?

When i use one gpu 3060, the power needed (Phoenixminer) was 114 watts but wattmeter showed 270 watts. When i use three gpus (3060,2x 1660ti), the power needed (Phoenixminer) was 255 watts but wattmeter showed 560 watts. Is there a way to reduce power consumption?
