Hello, the image is a photo of a gel electrophoresis taken today April 22 2021 with our Mitsubishi printer P93DW, connected to a gel image processor. Could you let me know whether the white lines going across the photo are a common problem, and how to troubleshoot it? We never had this problem before. Thanks!
