In apartment 2 yrs, did drip a bit last year but nothing like last week. I’ve had settings on it same as when moved in (contractors renovated apt), I just adjust them cuz not super ez to get to it on wall, but can do. Scared gonna flow water out again, so constantly turning AC on & off, then running fan. But I’m in a studio & the unit is above my bed, I really need this whole unit cooled down. Please reply asap! What steps should the tech be conducting to properly diagnosis a head that constantly operating but cannot reach temperature (cooling and heating)? Both indicator lights have remained solid green for days, the blower wheel does not spin. The outdoor unit is on (and loud) but the condenser fan is not running. The tech tested in emergency mode and all was fine. Please help, thanks.
