La piedra para hornear se enfría consi-
derablemente tras colocar el producto
sucesivamente.
Si desea, por ejemplo, hornear varias
pizzas, caliente la piedra de nuevo du-
rante aprox. 10 minutos entre cada uno
de los procesos de cocción.
Es importante tener en cuenta este
tiempo de compensación de la tem
