Can't find the answer to your question in the manual? You may find the answer to your question in the FAQs about the MGI Zip Navigator AT below.
One common issue could be a low battery. Make sure the battery is fully charged before turning it on. If it still doesn't turn on, check if there is a loose connection with the power source or if the power button is stuck.
To adjust the speed settings, locate the control panel on your trolley. Look for the speed adjustment buttons, usually labeled "+" and "-". Press the "+" button to increase the speed and the "-" button to decrease it. Experiment with different settings to find the speed that suits your preference.
Veering to the right can be caused by uneven wheel alignment. Check each wheel to ensure they are securely attached and aligned properly. If needed, consult the manual for instructions on how to adjust and align the wheels correctly.
To fold your MGI Zip Navigator AT, locate the folding mechanism usually found near the handle. Depress the release button or lever and carefully fold the trolley onto itself until it locks in the folded position. To unfold it, reverse the process and ensure that it clicks into place securely.
Error codes on your trolley's display indicate specific issues that need attention. Without referring to the manual, I suggest trying a simple reboot by turning your trolley off and on again. If the error persists, make a note of the error code and contact MGI customer support for further assistance.
