@ Jenny Foley: Unplug te power cord. Wait for at least 1 minute before replugging the power cord. Test the water flow. Place a coffe mug. Close the slide without placing a coffee-pod in the macine. If water flows into the cup: congrats! Your machine is reset and working fine again. If water keeps flowing into the drip tray: press any of the 3 buttons to stop the flow. Now, press all 3 buttons at the same time for +/- 3 seconds, until you hear a beep-tone. Release the buttons. All 3 lights are now flickering. Open the slide. Again, press all 3 buttons at the same time for +/- 3 seconds, until you hear a beep-tone. Release the buttons. Test the water flow again. If water keeps flowing into the drip tray: Try cleaning / de-calcifying your machine by following the steps in your manual.
Your machine is set to it's cleaning cycle. Make sure te slide is closed. Press all 3 buttons at the same time (3 seconds), until you hear a beep tone. Release the button. Open the slide. Press all 3 buttons at the same time (3 seconds), until you hear a beep tone. Release the button. You should now have a normal functioning machine again!
My machine is filtering coffee where the waste pods are and ending up in drip tray underneath
My machine has the 3 lights (small, medium and big) on top flashing at the same time. The amount of coffee brewed depends on the selection of one of the lights. With the 3 lights flashing, I cannot do the selection. I just put in the capsule and the machine starts to brew the coffee without stopping until I opened the cover for the capsule
