Number of questions: 4The liquid inside the Magimix Le Glacier 1.5L is leaking and then it crystalizes to form blue crystals. How can I fix it, or get it repaired?

To fix the issue of liquid leaking and forming blue crystals in the Magimix Le Glacier 1.5L ice cream maker, please follow these steps: 1. Make sure the bowl is placed upright in the freezer and is completely level. Leave it in the freezer for at least 12 hours at -18 °C. 2. Attach the lid to the motor unit and place the paddle in the hole. 3. Turn on the ice cream maker and unwind the power cord to connect it to the mains supply. 4. Immediately pour your mixture into the bowl. Before pouring, make sure to chill the mixture in the fridge to a temperature of around 10°C. 5. The mixture will increase in volume during the freeze-churning process. To prevent overflow, only fill the bowl two-thirds full at the start. 6. Once your ice cream or sorbet reaches the desired consistency, turn off the motor. 7. Wash all the parts, except for the motor unit, with water and dish soap. These parts are dishwasher safe (except for the motor unit). Use a dishwasher with a temperature below 40 °C and avoid the drying cycle. 8. Thoroughly dry the bowl before putting it back in the freezer or storing it in a suitable container. 9. Clean the motor unit with a soft damp cloth and dry it thoroughly. 10. It is recommended to freeze the bowl for 9 hours before making a second sorbet or ice cream.
