My wireless keyboard AND mouse with receiver will not work with my new Lenovo computer - I have windows 10. I also put in brand new batteries in case that was the issue. There is no support help, when I contacted chat on Lenovo, they transferred me to a support that cost money. I will take it back to Bestbuy unless I get help by tomorrow. I can find no owners manual to troubleshoot. Very disappointed.

I have a MK270 keyboard and mouse that I was using six months ago. I got a new computer and I am trying to use it. I have several Logtech mice so I am trying to find out which USB unit that fits in the computer is the correct one to operate the keyboard and mouse. I am assuming the one USB unit controls both. USB unit 1: No marking other than Logtech, CNC ID -C11077 USB Unit 2: has red/orange dot with a star in it. L23298S-DJ USB Unit 3: Is marked "Nano Received. M/NC-U0010.
