the internet says my unit is region free but uk dvd doesnt work. is the internet wrong
Bought BP250 in January 2019. Less than 2 years old. Will not power up. It’s dead. I’ve tried it on another power point still nothing. What can you do to help me please. Thank you Greg
bp250 remotes volume does not work
bp250 remote volume does not work
New machine but remote only switches on and.opens disc tray but will not perform any other function. Batteries fully charged.

Hi, my LG BP250 will not recognise or play for that matter Blu-ray discs. Can someone help? I am just about to throw it out the window grrrrr.....
There are no instructions for the remote, nor is there any advice on the manual concerning the operation of the remote.. Is there an instruction book for the manual ?. If so can you send me a copy. I'm particularly keen to know how if subtitles are available, and if not can I get a remote for this model that will provide subtitles. Grateful for your advice. Thanks.
