Every morning when I print my reports it first reprints old reports from October 13. It keeps doing that every morning and I would like to know how to reset it. Thank you

Good Morning, I would like to learn how to reduce the size of scans, at the present I scan pages and they are 5-6 MB, how can I adjust the settings to get this drastically reduced? Thanks
