Hi. Received as a gift in late December. Worked fine for the first few weeks. But now lights continue flashing and machine does not go into ready mode. I've tried switching on/off and resetting but having no luck. Please note the machine is not used regularly and only filtered water used, so I don't think descaling would help in this situation.Look forward to hearing from you.Kind Regards Regina Murphy

how to open a xn3006 to exchange pump.-
I've had no problems previously but I descaled the machine yesterday for the first time and then switched it off. Now it turns on but lights continue flashing and machine does not go into ready mode. I've tried switching on/off and resetting but it just won't go. Help!
