Fridge isn’t level. Tilts back so bottom protrudes more than top. Is there a way to lift the back? Also Left door doesn’t close correctly if right door is closed. (Photo taken after left door was closed while right was already closed. I opened the right door so you could see what was happening at the top with the seal)

Lights are out - how do you remove the cover to access them for changing? What kind of bulb is required?Also, what triggers the filter request change - does it measure usage? We NEVER use the water from the refrigerator - we only use the water to make ice.
