How should I securely lock my bike into the trainer before riding?

To securely lock your bike into the Kinetic T-2700 bicycle trainer before riding, follow these steps: 1. Loosen the adjustment knob on the resistance unit to move the roller away from the tire. 2. Reduce axle tension by loosening the right axle knob to allow disengagement of the quick release. 3. Stabilize the bike by firmly grasping the bike seat stay. 4. Disengage the quick release on the right side of the trainer and slide the axle knob to the fully open position to remove the bike from the left cone cup. 5. Tighten the right tensioning knob on the quick release side until the wheel is centered on the resistance unit roller. 6. Turn the roller tension knob until the roller touches the tire, then add 2 to 3 full turns. 7. Push the right tensioning knob tight against the skewer, close the quick release, and tighten the right tensioning knob until the tire is centered on the roller.
