I am close to buying a Jeep Renegade 2017 Limited and want to pull a small U-haul trailer from NY to TX. The owner says it doesn't have any receiving hitch on the rear. Is this something that could be resolved (rented & attached) by U-Haul or would I have to buy & install hitching accessories myself? Is it possible it does not have the capability to receive a hitch? Also, does the 2017 Jeep Renegade have an "engine gearing" feature that adjusts for towing? (Or is the 4x4 enough?)
Where is the shift lock solenoid on a 2017 Jeep Renegade to replace it.
