Hey all we just got one it took it out of the box and it worked great out of the box all afternoon.. so this evening my son goes to charge it through my computer and it says an update is available so he updates it and it goes black and now we cannot turn in on or pair it.. Any ideas or feedback???

Just got the JBL charge 3 today; is there any way to adjust the treble and/or bass? Nothing in the manual helps.
