Is it ok to shred Manila envelopes and covers to composition books with the Ideal 4004 shredding machine?
One of my customers put far too much paper in my 4004 shredder and it is now jammed solidly. The motor protection switch is lighting when the power switch is toggled. I have attempted to forcably pull the paper from the shredder but it is jammed VERY tightly. Is there a disassembly procedure available to resolve this?
