Compared to other elliptical trainers it’s seem difficult on level one . Are the serviceable parts the could be serviced for a smoother easier workout

my comfort 5i makes a clicking noise, mainly on level 1 but also level 2 and 3. It seems to be stable on the floor. it usually stops clicking on higher level, but during random setting it clicks on and off during different levels
