Where do I find the model number?I need to clean the vacuum, it stinks when it runs. The vacuum was in rhe house when I moved in.

I have a brand new pro 3 and cant find the manual. Paid 184.00 and dont know how to turn it on without plugging it in....where is the on and off switch? Also this machine is hard to push back and forth....is there a trick to get it to go forward and back without physical labor? Its very heavy!
