How do I unlock my thermostat so I can program for heat and cool temps
Mi aire TH6210U2001 tiene 1 año de uso, hoy no logra enfriar la casa la temperatura no baja a 72 que es donde la ponemos se mantiene en 84 85 . Si arranca el aire por solo 1 minuto y luego se apaga, dura apagado 10 o 15 minutos y vuelve a arrancar por 1 minuto, así todo el día. No son las baterías pues no tiene. Se reinicio pero nada cambia.Que podemos hacer??

My TH6210U2001 thermostat has 1 year of use, today it does not manage to cool the house the temperature does not drop to 72 which is where we put it stays at 84 85. If the air starts for only 1 minute and then turns off, it lasts off for 10 or 15 minutes and starts again for 1 minute, like this all day. It's not the batteries because it doesn't have it. It restarts but nothing changes. What can we do?
I was getting ready to adjust the temp. Touched the mode button the screen lit up then almost immediately it went dark. Nothing I touched started it so I changed the batteries, still nothing What can I do to get it to turn on?
