I just bought a house with a RLV4305 thermostat. and it is programed and working although nobody has any idea on how to use it or change it. How can I set it for 55 until I am moved which will be in a few months
I have a Honeywell RLV4305 thermostat that I recently purchased this summer. I put it on a Natural gas tube heater. when it reaches the correct temperature it shuts off then about a minute latter it turns back on then a minute latter it shuts back off this happens over and over.
We installed a new RLV4305. Whenever I push ANY button, the screen changes automatically, cycling through 3 different screens (1st screen is in photo) then it shows 2.5 then 11.9 and then back to normal screen). I am unable to program, change the time, manually change the temperature...I'm totally baffled as to what might be going on.

Have you figured this out? I have the same issue
I have seen this exact scenario with several of my RLV4305 T-stats. Sometimes the screen is totally blank (with power on). Seems to be intermittent. Might be related to minor fluctuations in line voltage, but not at all sure. Any advice on this would be appreciated.
@Kelly I installed 3 of these in my house about 2.5yrs ago and have loved them. Just last night I experienced the very thing you are. I killed the power to the house to “hard boot it” and it worked all day… until just now. Trying to troubleshoot further and will keep an eye on this page or report back if I figure it out.
I would like to lower the heat but don't know how to work it

@Judith open the face of the thermostat. There are basic instructions in there. Most functions start with pushing “program”.
