The Honeywell 50250 air purifier has five basic components: the powerhead assembly (with controls and motor), the carbon pre-filter, the HEPA filter, the base assembly, and the locking mechanism. It is recommended to operate the air purifier 24 hours a day for effective air cleaning. Make sure to place the unit at least 3 feet away from any wall or furniture for proper airflow. Clean and vacuum surrounding areas frequently to prevent dust buildup. Install the pre-filter before initial operation for best performance.
