I have honda edix Japanese 2004 model. It is flashing green key on the dashboard. It is cranking but cañnot start. No fuel flow no spark. Tried diagnosing the car but mechanic says The ECU is not readable. Removed ECU and visually inspected it and no sign of obvious damage to it. How can we diagnose it further and what could be the problem

the off side stop light not woking,bulb ok , near side light ok is there a seperate fuse for the off side or should it be wired from the near side . there is no voltage when break is activated.
