Number of questions: 24Our Hisense Model HQD20058SV is less than one year old from Lowe's Home Improvement store. The power to our home went OFF for several minutes and came back ON. None of the home's circuit breakers were tripped. The LCD display on the refrigerator door is active. However, the refrigerator and freezer are not cooling (ice is starting to melts). What can we do to troubleshoot?
