how to open back of toaster to clean out bread/
I have this toaster and the locking lever will not stay down. Was working perfectly until the 'gotcha'.. I can hold the lever down and it will toast as long as I keep pressure on it. Have tried cleaning crumb tray, etc. What do you suggest I try?
Left side of each slot of the toaster doesn't toast....only right sides of bread browns.
How to get both sides of each slice to toast evenly?
