Number of questions: 6The battery charge has often dropped from 60% to 0% during normal use. What is wrong here? However, it can be charged back up to 100% again.

Black screen. I took the bottom off I disconnected the positive & teminals in the hope of rebooting it but its still a black screen. Is there any other reset?
