If your Goal Zero Sherpa 100PD does not charge after fully depleting the charge on your device and the display shows 2 zeros with the right zero blinking, there could be a few possible reasons for this issue. First, make sure that you have followed the proper charging procedure. Before using the Sherpa 100PD for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge it. You can charge it using a USB-C power source with the included USB-C to USB-C cable and the USB-C Power Delivery (PD) port on the Sherpa. Alternatively, you can charge it from solar power by pairing it with a Goal Zero Nomad Solar Panel and plugging it into the USB output on the solar panel using a USB-A to USB-C cable (sold separately). If you have followed the correct charging procedure and the issue persists, there may be a problem with the battery or the charging system. In this case, contact Goal Zero for further assistance.

Same thing happened to mine. Would like to know why
Ya my first one didn’t work, and they replaced it, although that didn’t really help me on my surf trip that I bought this for. And now the one they sent as a replacement is kaput after being quite useful on a 2 week trip I took. Basically 2 units, 2 fails. And it’s not exactly cheap. Basically feels like a scam.
what do i need to charge my laptop? i used a usb > powerbank but no luck--someone said that since laptop battery is charged with ac that i would need some kind of adaptor?
Will this unit start a vehicle?
