If you have any queries about the use of your telephone, visit our website at www.gigaset.com/service
for 24-hour support. The table below contains a lis
t of common problems and possible solutions.
Care
Wipe the device with a damp cloth or an antistatic cloth. Do not use solvents or microfibre cloths.
Never use
a dry cloth; this can cause static.
In rare cases, contact with chemical substances can cause changes to the device’s exterior. Due to the wide variety of
ch
emical products available on the market, it was not possible to test all substances.
Impairments in high-gloss finishes can be carefully r
emoved using display polishes for mobile phones.
Contact with liquid
If the handset has come into contact with liquid:
1S
witch the handset off and remove the battery immediately.
2Allow the liquid to drain from the handset.
3Pat all parts dry, then place the handset with the battery compartment open and the keypad facing down in a dry,
warm
place for at least 72hours (not
in a microwave, oven etc.).
4Do n
ot switch on the handset again until it is completely dry.
When it has fully dried out, you will usually be able to use it again.
