hello , i have this wifi repeater , i connected this once with the password and the name...it worked but i had to change the plug so i disconnected it and now it doesnt give anything out...my phone cant find the wifi repeater and also the "wifi light" on the repeater its not on

i try to install it but i cant help me please
i cant connect it because I cant find the ip address on the internet to open its page.i type the p address but the crrect pagedesn comeup. Also I connect it to my pc it will find it as a device but not as an ip address and wont open the device. Help
I had no connection problems with the Gembird WNP-RP-003 and suddenly has stopped working. It doesn't synchronize with my router. I tried reconnecting but when I give the ip 192.168.10.1 the repeater cannot be found. I connected the repeater to my router with a cable as I did the first time that I followed the manual and it worked but nothing .I cannot see the repeater, it is not listed to the available wireless network connections. The repeater has four green signs ,the first and the fourth are bold green but the second and the third are not bold green if this means anything. How can I make it work as it worked before?
