A Perilex connection is a special connection that can handle more power than a normal connection. This connection has five holes instead of two and is often used for induction hobs.

how do i set the clock
Is this model supposed to have finishing stainless steel strips on the side of the oven door? The one just delivered has black sides with holes in them. It does not look right, look like it needs a finishing touch.
Is the GE 30 inch range, JGB736SPSS, a gas cooktop with an electric oven? ie bi-fuel? and if so does it require a 220 outlet and a gas outlet?
Does this oven gradually cool down after being turned off, or does it have a venting system to rapidly cool it down. When roasting a prime rib, I start by cooking it at a high temperature to sear the outside of it, the turn the oven off and let it finish cooking for 2 hours as it gradually cools down. I heard some new ovens vent the heat out rapidly once the oven is turned off. That's why I'm wondering if this model does that or not. Thank you!
Why does my GE Range Model JB735SP4SS not ding or chime to let me know when it has reached its temperature?
