COME FARE IL GELATO
A. Inserire la pala mescolatrice (2) nel contenitore gelato (1) ed avvitare la vite fissaggio
pala (3).
B. Accendete l’interruttore per il raffreddamento (5) e lasciate raffreddare la macchina
per 5 minuti.
C. Ruotare il temporizzatore (6) in senso orario fino a fondo corsa.
D.Azionare l’interruttore pala mescolatrice (7).
E. Versare nel contenitore gelato (1) la ricetta precedentemente preparata (preferibilmente
a temperatura di frigorifero).
F. Coprire il contenitore gelato (1) con il coperchio (4).
A questo punto il gelato sarà pronto al verificarsi di una delle seguenti situazioni:
- Trascorso il tempo selezionato la pala si arresta automaticamente. Se al termine
del tempo impostato il gelato risultasse ancora poco consistente, reinserire il
temporizzatore (6) per qualche minuto;
- Il gelato ha raggiunto la consistenza desiderata prima del termine del tempo
preimpostato;
- Il gelato ha raggiunto la consistenza massima prima del termine del tempo
preimpostato, e la pala si è arrestata automaticamente.
In tutti questi casi spegnere l'interruttore pala mescolatrice (7), spegnere l'interruttore
raffreddamento (5) togliere il gelato dal cestello utilizzando l'apposita paletta in
dotazione. Per agevolare l'estrazione del gelato togliere la pala mescolatrice (2).
UTILIZZO DEL CESTELLO ESTRAIBILE
Con la vostra gelatiera si può fare il gelato sia nel contenitore fisso sia in quello
estraibile. Per utilizzare il contenitore estraibile procedete come segue.
1. Versare nell’apposito misurino (11) l’acqua fino al segno indicato in fig. 1, aggiungere
alcool per uso alimentare fino al limite inferiore della fessura. Questa miscela può
essere sostituita con un liquore a gradazione alcolica non inferiore a 40°.
2. Versare la miscela (acqua e alcol) nel contenitore (1). Fig. 2
3. Inserire nel contenitore fisso il contenitore estraibile (10) spingendolo bene a
fondo. Fig. 3
4. Posizionare l'apposita pala (9) ed avvitare la vite fissaggio pala (3).
5. Procedete come con utilizzo del cestello fisso.
AVVERTENZE
Non spegnete mai il pulsante di raffreddamento prima di aver ultimato
la preparazione del gelato. Se ciò dovesse succedere, o se per qualsiasi ragione
si verificasse un'interruzione di corrente, lo speciale dispositivo di sicurezza di cui è
dotato il compressore, non permetterà il proseguimento del raffreddamento
per circa 5 minuti.
Qualora il gelato divenisse troppo consistente, il motore si arresterà. Un dispositivo
di protezione assicura che il motore non subisca danni nel caso non abbiate provveduto
a spegnerlo per tempo. Se il motore non si riavvia, attendere che si raffreddi.
PULIZIA DELLA MACCHINA
Prima di iniziare la pulizia della macchina assicurarsi che la stessa sia spenta e la
spina disinserita dalla presa di corrente. Togliere pala, eventualmente il cestello
estraibile, coperchio trasparente e lavare queste parti con acqua tiepida e sapone.
Lavare il cestello fisso versando dell'acqua e sapone e pulendo con l'aiuto di una
spugnetta. Risciacquare con acqua e asciugare con un panno. Non immergere le parti
sotto tensione in acqua o in altri liquidi per evitare il pericolo di scosse elettriche.
