"Bucket Full" light is flashing but bucket is empty. Unit will not turn on. It's only a few months old.
My FFAD5033w1 dehumidifier runs constantly is there a thermostat setting so it does not run constantly my electric bill went up very high I had it set at 45 and fan speed on high. I just lowered fan to low and humidity to 40. I can’t find my manual.
My unit builds up excessive ice on the refrigerant coil in back of case. Operating in basement, temp ~65 deg. Holds humidity to set point of 60% just fine until ice builds up. Suggestions to correct this problem?
I have the same problem recently following three years of use in the same location in my basement.
Same problem after only a few months.68 degrees, coils are clean. Ices up immediately when on powering up.
