• Avoid too high pressure
• Never blow or sprayin direction of yourself or
others; this could cause serious injury .
• Keep bystanders and petsaway
• Children and animalsshould be kept far away
from the area of operation of the machine.
• If you use thecompressor to spray paint:
a) Do not work inenclosed spaces or near naked
flames.
b) Make sure that theenvironment in which you
will be working hasdedicated ventilation.
c) Protect your nose andmouth with a dedicated
mask
• If the compressor isno longer in use, always
take the plug out of the plug socket.
• Always make sure thatcompressed-air hoses
are used for compressedair and which are
characterised by a maximum pressure
adjusted to that of the compressor . Do not try
to repair the hose if it is damaged.
3. Use Only use the compressorwith accessory in a good
ventilated area.
• Connect the PU hosebetween compressor
and accessory
• Slide the hose-coupler onthe accessory until
the coupler clicks. Nowthe hose is connected
correctly .
• T o release the coupler , pull theoutside ring
backwards.
Spray gun
Paint and solvents are very flammable. Therefore
check the following:
• Only spray in goodventilated areas
• Use a spray-mask duringspraying
• Avoid open fire and smoking during spraying
• Do not spray inan area with a burning stove
• Never spray with fuelof other flammable
products
• Wear safety goggles
T o obtain the bestresults, it is important that you
prepare the surface to be sprayed and thin the
paint to the correctviscosity , beforeyou operate
your spray gun. Alwaysensure that the surfaces to
be sprayed are freefrom dust, dirt and grease.
Make sure that you have masked the areas that
should not be sprayed,using a good quality
masking tape. The paint or fluid to be sprayed
should be thoroughly mixed and free from lumps
or other particles. Many substances can be
sprayed with your spraygun, but always check the
manufacturers recommendations before
purchasing your paint.
T o obtain the bestresults, keep your spray gun
level and parallel to the surface at all times.
