I can’t get the shredder on the basket the one side clicked in but the other side I can’t get to go on right
My shredder stopped working. Does not turn on at all. Was working great until I just went to use it.

Just got it for christmas and it has jammed tried using tweezers and also try in reverse didn’t work. Any idea how to get the paper jam out?
The motor runs in both directions but the shredder does not turn and shred.
Same problem here! Machine runs in both directions, but the shredder will not accept paper. The indicator light stays lit in the middle position (the ⭕️). The light does not change when switch is moved to reverse or forward.
