Our Eufy 11S is coming on at 2355 (11:55 PM) for some strange reason. We checked the remote to insure the time is correct (it is). How do we stop it from coming on at this late hour and have it re-programmed to come on at 1000 (10:00 am). We thought we had it set to come on at this time. It does not. We are at wits end. How do we remedy this problem?

I have had the vacuum for just over a year. Not working. Is it time to change the battery.
Eufy has been in dock station for several days. Tried to start it by pushing the button. It “sang” the normal “go” song started to back up as normal then redocked and flashed blue and gave me a two toned (a fifth) beep once. I’ve cleaned the sensors, checked brushes, dust bin, wheels and no luck.
How do I set up the schedule for auto start at 1:00 am?
