The robovac 11s was stopping and was beeping 4 times. I changed the battery and it worked for 2 days normally and now it has stopped again. It sits in the docking station with a solid red light.

My Robovac model T2104 does not appear to be charging. When put on charger. The yellow light on charger comes on for a second, a beep sounds and the blue light on the start button on the Robovac comes on and then goes off a couple of minutes later. Robovac will not start when the start button is pressed. Robovac is 2 years old in December 2021 but has not been used in the past several months.
No owners manual included. I can’t use this now!

Our Eufy 11S is coming on at 2355 (11:55 PM) for some strange reason. We checked the remote to insure the time is correct (it is). How do we stop it from coming on at this late hour and have it re-programmed to come on at 1000 (10:00 am). We thought we had it set to come on at this time. It does not. We are at wits end. How do we remedy this problem?
