cleaning tray where is it and cleaning it
The robovac 11s was stopping and was beeping 4 times. I changed the battery and it worked for 2 days normally and now it has stopped again. It sits in the docking station with a solid red light.
I have completely cleaned my Eufy Robovac 11s robot vacuum cleaner, there is no more dirt inside and all the brushes are also securely attached. However, it beeps when it is in the charging station, 3-4 times, then pause, then again, and then it lights up completely red in the charging station. I have no idea what could be wrong with it and if it is even still charging when it continuously lights up red?
My Robovac model T2104 does not appear to be charging. When put on charger. The yellow light on charger comes on for a second, a beep sounds and the blue light on the start button on the Robovac comes on and then goes off a couple of minutes later. Robovac will not start when the start button is pressed. Robovac is 2 years old in December 2021 but has not been used in the past several months.
