My Denon DHT-T110 crackles like static when changing channel or mute the volume or use the source button, I thought it was the Optical cable so I replaced it , it has made no difference, could it be that the door where the Optical cable goes has fallen off ?? Would this make it crackle like this ? Thanks Jane
Hi, I ve had my dht t110 soundbase for 11 months and it has started to give out a popping noise. Tried resetting it, still there. Knocked it off for 24 hr. Change optical cable but no joy.
My DGT-T100 keeps making a pulsing/crackling noise on optical in connection. I have tried from Sky box, blu ray player and tv as sources and with two different TOSlink cables. Also clicks loudly when pausing, changing channels. Any idea how to resolve please?

Crackling sound through sound bar when changing channels on the tv. There's no noise when increasing/ decreasing volume on tv. Have disconnected sound bar and turned the tv speaker back on and there's no crackling noise when changing channel.
I purchased my sound base in January and all of a sudden it's stoped working. The Bluetooth function works so I can stream music but when on TV mode no sound comes out ? I've tried switching it off and on and unplugging it but still no sound.
I have just had the same problem after using the unit for Bluetooth. Read the section on Automatic power up on Page 17 of your manual, particularly the second paragraph. if nothing's happens when you first hold the power button for three seconds you need to first powe it on.
Hi The sound usef to come on automatically whenever something was switch on eg tv. Now that doesn't happen, I have to turn it on separately. Can you help me with this problem Thanks Bob

Suffering clicking noise especially when scenes change on tv. With tv turned off sometimes the sound base starts making same electronic clicking noises. The sound bar is connected to talktalk set top box but even when connected directly to tv the clicking continues. Have changed optical cable but no cure. Have reset the sound base as per manual instructions. Please help as I really like this unit and it is only a couple of years old.
