My printer loses connection to my internet router every day. It is literally 2 feet from the router. How can I make it stay connected?
Our new canon ink cartridges seem to last only a couple days before the colors get strange and we get lines across the pics. This s happened twice now.
How do I make a copy on my printer Canon TR6420a? It says to load paper into the cassette. Where is the cassette? No cassette in the back. Picture shows the back, no where to load paper. Only have the paper feed on top.

How do you scan a document...there isn't a setting on this printer that allows you to scan PIXMA Ts6420
To scan, open the IJ Scan Utility. (For example, on Windows, click Start and then search for "LJ Scan".) A panel opens. Click on one of the buttons to scan a picture, document, etc.https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/ScanUtility/W/TS6400%20series/1.1/EN/SU/su-002.htmlOr, for Windows, you can download the Canon Inkjet Smart Connect app from the Microsoft Store. I haven't used the app yet, but it has a nicer looking interface and seems to describe how to use the printer and scanner a bit better.
