Where can I get a replacement bus cable and CD-ROM
I have a paper jam and it says,"REAR COVER"The paper is jammed.If a memory card is inserted,remove it,then clear the paper and select OK.I don't have a memory card and I don't know which is the rear cover.
How do we use the fax on this printer?

My printer is loaded with paper but says there is no paper
After an 18-month period the print head alignment is off. I have done all the maintenance jobs indicated in the menu. When doing the PHA, the procedure starts and after a time it stops with the message "printer error. Turn off the power and if the problem reappears consult the manual" The problem does re-appear when I turn the power back on.Next????
