It is best to gently pull the paper out of the printer. Turn the printer off, and make sure that the printhead is not hanging over the paper and that no paper remains in the printer.
Non-genuine cartridges may not be recognised by the printer. In that case you will receive a message that the cartridge is empty. The manual of the purchased cartridge usually contains the solution, if this does not work, it is advisable to contact the seller.
There can be various reasons for poor print quality. Check if the cartridges or toners are full. If so, inkjet printers often require cleaning the printer, the cartridges have dried out, or the print head is broken. With laser printers, calibrating the laser printer is recommended.

In most cases, the inkjet printer cartridge is broken and the cartridge needs to be replaced.
DPI stands for Dots Per Inch and is the number of ink droplets (per inch) that end up on the paper when printing.
Ensure that the printer is connected to a power source and turned on. Check if the printer's ink tanks are properly filled and securely installed. Additionally, verify that the printer is connected to the computer or network properly.
Navigate to the printer's settings menu on the control panel and select the print head alignment option. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the alignment process.
Firstly, make sure you are using high-quality paper suitable for your printing needs. Clean the print head nozzles using the printer's utility software to remove any clogs. Adjust the print quality settings in the printer preferences to a higher resolution if necessary.
Open the printer preferences on your computer and navigate to the paper size settings. Choose the appropriate paper size from the available options or manually specify custom dimensions.
Different error codes indicate various issues. Refer to the printer's user manual for a list of common error codes and their respective solutions. Generally, you can turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord, wait for a few minutes, and then reconnect the power to potentially resolve common errors. Number of questions: 94I only use my Canon G6020 printer every week or two. It is no longer printing vibrant colors and sometimes doesn't print any colors, and blacks come out gray. I have tried all the cleaning steps in normal maintenance queue without success. Do you have any suggestions on how I can get factory quality again? I have only printed 833 sheets since my purchase probably a year ago.
Why has my magenta suddenly stopped printing? One page printed fine and the next had no magenta. I refilled all ink tanks and reset levels. It doesn’t make any sense
The color on my printer does not print. Several months ago it printed pink and now there is nothing when a color appears in the text (email address, highlights in color, etc.). It looks like the tanks are still full. Do they get plugged if color is not used in awhile?
