I'm getting error 0B after a paper jam - I have removed paper as instructed, tuned it off and back on; it tries to print, but then give error 0B.
I just replaced the toner cartridge C. I have been printing some pages. Everything was working fine. It gave me an error that I needed to replace the toner cartridge C. The one I just replaced. I can't print anything. I have taken it out and put it back in a few times. Nothing. Please help
