Number of questions: 3(1) The manual says one needs to press the Start/Stop button to start the operation. How we, I have just pressed the On/off switch and the oven starts heating. This is without switching on the Start/stop switch. Please explain. (2) If I can get most temperatures on the Eco setting - for general cooking - why would one use any other setting - ie. the other settings that are for general cooking (eg top/bottom or fan cooking)?
