Most people find that the ideal room temperature is between 19 and 22 degrees Celsius.
There could be multiple reasons for this issue. First, check if the power supply to the unit is functioning properly. Ensure that the circuit breaker is not tripped. Additionally, verify if the water supply valve is fully open. If these steps do not resolve the issue, it is recommended to consult a qualified technician to inspect the unit further.
To adjust the temperature, you need to locate the temperature control knob on the front panel of the unit. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the temperature and counterclockwise to decrease it. Make sure to set the temperature to a safe and desirable level to prevent scalding or inadequate heating.
If you notice any leaks, it is important to take immediate action. Turn off the power supply to the unit and close the water supply valve to prevent further damage. Contact a qualified technician to inspect the appliance, as leaking may indicate a faulty valve, pipe, or pressure relief system that needs professional attention to ensure proper functioning.
Regular maintenance is crucial for optimal performance and longevity of your water heater and boiler. It is recommended to flush the system at least once a year to remove sediment buildup that may affect efficiency. Consult the manual for detailed instructions on the flushing procedure. Additionally, scheduling professional maintenance every 2-3 years is advised to ensure all components are working correctly and to address any potential issues.
Unusual noises can be caused by various factors, such as mineral buildup, loose components, or pressure imbalances. It is essential to identify the source of the noise to determine the appropriate action. Inspect the unit for visible signs of loose parts or leaks. If the noises persist, it is recommended to contact a qualified technician who can diagnose and resolve the issue properly.

Number of questions: 11I have a BOSCH 10P WATER WIZARD gas hot water system. I have a problem trying to turn the heater on. The off button won't release making it impossible to turn the heater on. To turn on the Bosch 10P water heater, follow these steps: 1. Make sure that all hot water taps are turned off before attempting to light the appliance. 2. If the pilot light is extinguished, wait for 5 minutes before attempting to relight the appliance. 3. With the gas supply turned off, loosen the captive screw in the burner pressure test point on the left-hand side of the burner manifold. 4. Attach a "U" tube manometer, turn on the gas supply, and light the appliance. 5. Open a hot water tap to draw off more than 10 liters per minute. In summer or when the inlet cold water is above 15°C, it may be necessary to temporarily increase the maximum water flow to compensate for the thermostat turning down the gas rate. 6. Adjust the pressure if necessary at the pressure regulator fitted to the gas supply pipe. 7. The gas supply pressure must be as stated on the appliance rating label, located at the bottom right-hand inside the rear panel. The gas pressure at the inlet test point will be approximately 100 pascals less than the supply pressure due to the pressure drop across the regulator.
This answer is automatically generatedJust had to do this as Ignitikn button was not having any effect on the OFF button. So this is what got it sorted for me! 1. Take off the main case to access the button plate 2. Unscrew both sets of screws to remove plate. 3. FYI: Slider button comes off with it. 4. Press on ignition button and this will cause the OFF button to reset its position. I continued the process of lighting the system while here, put plate and screws back in, then reattached main case. All sorted.
